Each Adjustable Amount, as previously adjusted pursuant to this Section 12(c), will be adjusted annually for each country effective as of each anniversary date of the Commencement Date, beginning June 1, 2007, by a percentage equal to the immediately preceding Annual DCPI, multiplied by the COLA Sensitivity Factor applicable to that Adjustable Amount.
