Перевожу с русского на английский.При повторяющихся фактах неподтверждения и/или неисполнения Исполнителем объемов перевозок в рамках регулярных транспортных потоков в соответствии с пунктом 3.1. Некоммерческого Соглашения (Соглашения по Логистике), Заказчик вправе передать выполнение части или всех объемов перевозок будущего периода другому Исполнителю. Мой перевод: If the Contractor periodically fails to confirm and/or fulfill the traffic volume within regular traffic flows in accordance with Cl.3.1. of the Non-Commercial Agreement (Logistics Agreement), the Costumer may transfer fulfillment of all traffic volumes of the next period or a part thereof to another Contractor.
