допустим, PRINTING это не печать, а копирование. но что же такое тогда HARD COPIES?

what does Production include - is it defined somewhere?

If you are not sure what kind of printing is implied, i would suggest using a generic phrase. Something like

размножение на твердом носителе (which may include paper, film , etc.)
