Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: не совсем понятно с шантажом. еще, в подобном пункте встречается "entertainment" как перевести? Можно как обязательства (в нашей компании их так и называют ковенантами (причем никто точно не может сказать, мужского они рода или женского ), нужно просто помнить, что это такие обязательства / условия, нарушение которых влечет за собой (triggers)немедленное наступление каких-то последствий. Пример, из финансовых ковенантов: один банк (X) берет у другого банка (Y) кредит, при этом он обязуется (covenants) в течение всего срока действия договора соблюдать показатель (пишу от балды) долг/ капитал на уровне не выше 10%. Если этот уровень превышается, кредитный договор считается расторгнутым, и X должен немедленно вернуть Y всю сумму кредита. |
