Subject: savings law If the Contractor has participated in savings, the amount of such savings shall be recalculated and appropriate credit given to the Employer in determining the net amount to be paid by the Employer to the Contractor.Не совсем понимаю смысл. Если Подрядчик сэкономил, то такая сумма перерасчитывается и (дальше смысл теряю)................ выплачивается Заказчиком Подрядчику. Спасибо! |
