Можно добавить "the" в фразу "hereinafter referred to as the Executive Committee", написать в "Dispute settlement Commission" c большой буквы слово "Settlement".

"Общее собрание членов" чаще переводится как: the general meeting of members, или: the General Members' Meeting.
