For the purpose of calculating the Notional Swap Early Termination Amount, where applicable, references to interest and principle payable on the Original Charged Assets and interest and principle payable on the Notes shall be deemed to refer to amounts payable on a proportion of the Outstanding Charged Assets equal to the proportion to be liquidated as provided above and to interest and principle which would have been payable in respect of the Designated Amount, respectively.
