If the total amount free of charges or other securities ("unencumbered value") of a Respondent's assets in England exceeds Roubles XXX, then the Respondent may remove any of the assets from England and may dispose of or deal with them so long as the total unencumbered value of the Respondent's assets still in England remains above Roubles XXX.
