Такой вариант подойдёт: Факты, требующие уведомления, которое не было направлено, и противоречат тому, что было уже зарегистрировано, не могут быть использованы в отношении третьей стороны, если только эта третья сторона не знала или не должна была знать о таких фактах (см. Норвежский закон о регистрации торговых предприятий § 10-1). |
