Subject: follow-up

помогите перевести выражения с follow-up (restitution = and declaration=), встречающиеся в тексте про проведение строительных работ на площадке
The lump sum price submitted by the CONTRACTOR for the Site Security and site access management shall include:
• Gate pass issue and follow-up
- For personnel: pass issue (pass basic material is supplied by the CONTRACTOR), provision of safety induction training, pass restitution follow-up
- For the vehicles: pass issue and pass restitution follow-up
- For materials and equipment entering or leaving site : declaration follow-up

follow-up - подразумевается принятие меры с учетом "предшествующей информации", как и предлагают в данном случае - контроль.... могут быть также выводы, мероприятия и прочее (по контексту)

Выполнение инсtрукций, а не контрол'.
follow-up(если америk.) - выполнять некие предписания после ознакомления с ними.
