Layout, скорей всего - Plan (а не Plant)
VA - как вар. - Video Audio аппаратура (поскольку присутствует волоконная оптика)
senior... - верхняя?...

"valve assembly" doesn't make any sense in terms of wellhead equipment/instrumentation :-)

a valve is a valve :) arrangement or actuator, depends on the context

VA itself stands for valve(s) = просто АРМАТУРА?
