Subject: of similar standing law Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: of similar standingIn the event that one or more new Sponsors are, in the reasonable assessment of the Beneficiary, of similar standing as AAA, BBB and CCC and have agreed in writing to be severally liable under and to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Letter of Confirmation through the signing of an accession agreement in the form of the Annex attached hereto, AAA, BBB and CCC and the new liable Sponsor(s) will be liable pro rata for Financial Obligations of the Principal arising under this Mandate Letter. In the event that a Sponsor (including any sponsors who accede to this Shareholder Letter of Confirmation following the date of execution) ceases to participate in the Project as set out in the Mandate Letter and this Shareholder Letter of Confirmation has not been terminated, the pro rata liability of the remaining parties will be increased so as to cover 100% of all Financial Obligations hereunder.
