call it an e-шарик it sounds to me like a virtual balloon which will be "released" with a bunch of other virtual balloons |

balloon releases are an old and fun way to end or begin an event in honor of something and as this is for diabetes awareness, i assume they mean virtual blue balloons how they plan to "release" them is beyond me |
