"передать" - перевести на счет единовременным платежом в полном объеме. The rest isn't bugging me too badly. |

да назовите это просто disbursement the loan shall be deemed disbursed... |

2 Kat200: 5 "of's" in a hundred-digit line, that can't be good. ;) Unless you get paid for the English version, which still makes it a poor deal - as you might know, it's statistically 20-25% shorter, "of's" included. =) |
