| возможно subsale или substitute - сложно сказать, о чем идет речь .. |
| Настоящим сообщаем, что судно отфрахтовано на сабах до 9 июня 20 часов по Лондону. |

It means she is still not fully fixed and is subject to some clauses. Same subs to be lifted at 20 pm on 9th June at the latest. Should the party fail to lift the subjects the vessel is not fixed. |
