Subject: share statute gen. Добрый вечер. Перевожу доверенность, составленную на Кипре. Не могу понять, что они имеют в виду под "share statute". Контекст: "The attorney-in-fact is entitled to enter into any partnership and joint venture agreements, to sign any foundation and statute documents of these partnerships and joint ventures, to drop out of their members, to have the right to alienate any shares, which belong to the Company and to sign any documents for this purpose. To pay up the share statute, to receive licenses, permits to any activities and/or to represent such on the same conditions, and to this effect sign any applications and documents." Заранее спасибо!
