Subject: self-propelled skid shoes O&G, oilfield. Здравствуйте, коллеги. Мой вопрос связан с выгрузкой платформ на баржу. Имеется такой отрывочек и такая картинка:Loading on of the Jacket will be performed moving the structure with 4 self propelled skid shoes sets placed under the legs towards yard ground ( two sets under row C1 and other two sets under row C3) according to the scheme shown in Fig. 1. Each set is made by three skid shoes and each skid shoe carry down the load by means of two sliding boxes. Self propelled Skid Shoes system is reversible; a self propelled skid shoe, 1000 t. loaded, has been tested successfully, with the attendance of Lloyd Register Inspector (relevant documentation is available at Fagioli Headquarter). Therefore there isn’t a point of “no return” once the jacket is on the barge. Подскажите, как правильно перевести эти self-propelled skid shoes. Заранее спасибо! |

у нас были похожие штуки для накатки верхнего строения БУ, товарищи их называли bogies, то бишь тележки. shoes не встречал. Так то это просто опорные элементы с гидродомкратами, по рельсам бегают (ну чем не тележки))) "The skidding system is developed to horizontally move heavy items on tracks. It consists of skid shoes on track system with “special anti-friction pads” and operated by power packs and data-communication system capable of synchronized motion and load . Each “skidshoe” is equipped with a support 600t lifting-ram with 600mm stroke. A sophisticated electronic control system achieves a well-divided load distribution on all skid-shoes. If, due to motion, the load increases on one shoe, the ram will automatically descent until the original load index on all shoes is reached to maintain the required weight and reaction distribution through the whole operation" |
