Следует отметить, что комиссия за перевыпуск пластиковых карт в связи с истечением срока их действия не противоречит условиям подписанных соглашений, поскольку они не могут охватить все проводимые операции, и, соответственно, данный тариф не включен в подобные соглашения, т.к. является отдельной платой за определенный вид банковской услуги.

It should be noted that the commission fee for re-issuance of plastic card upon expiration thereof is not in breach of the terms and conditions of the contract and additional agreement, because they do not cover all ongoing transactions and procedures, and thus this commission fee is not included in such agreements as a separate payment for a certain type of banking services.
