Condition 2, as well as Conditions 1 and 2 read cumulatively, require a com-
parison of the Contract Price calculated pursuant to the formula set out in Ar-
ticle 8 of this Contract and the level of prices in the European fuel and energy
market. According to Article 8.2, the Contract Price is calculated monthly pur-
suant to the formula in Article 8.1. Consequently, when a Price Revision is
demanded, it is the Contract Price calculated for the month **in which the de-
mand is made which shall be compared to the level of prices in the European
fuel and energy market; cf. also the final bullet point of Article 9, specifying
the date of effectiveness of the revision.
