Проверьте, пожалуйста, корректность перевода двух предложений. Перевод с рус.на анг. язык.

1) Изменения цен на номера, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных в п. 5.6 настоящего Соглашения, оформляется в письменной форме путем подписания Сторонами дополнительного соглашения к настоящему Соглашению. - Any changes in room rates except as otherwise expressly provided in Article 5.6 hereto shall be made in writing signing Additional agreement to this Agreement by the Parties
2) В случае, если подписание дополнительного соглашения об изменении цен задерживается Сторонами в силу каких-либо причин и не подписывается до запланированной даты, то в таком случае изменение цен вступает в силу автоматически начиная с даты изменения. - If the signing the Additional Agreement on changes in room rates is delayed due to some reason and is not signed before scheduled date the changes in room rates shall enter into force on the date of such changes.

"If the signing the Additional Agreement": если Вы хотите продемонстрировать, что Вам знаком герундий, то "of" не надо

due to some reason = for any reason
об изменении цен - changing the [room rates]...

before scheduled date = before THE scheduled date,... changes (ез артикля)

2) If the signing OF the Additional Agreement on changes in room rates is delayed due to some reasonS and is not signed before scheduled date the changes in room rates shall enter into force on the date of such changes.
