| в предложенных вариантах я бы поставил the перед prices, заодно и понятнее будет звучать. |

Контексту маловато. Это конкретный случай с конкретными клиентами или бизнес-семинар? А то возможны разные варианты. (1) Are the customers aware that a smaller order could mean different prices? (2) Are customers aware that smaller orders could mean different prices? |

Напишите пожалуйста если можно его полностью. Что-то не догоняю. Остался вопрос, а reduction in the order (the order reduction или the reduction of the order) не подойдут? |
