Spading Book

To hand over equipment to other entity for maintenance and inspection, a spading book shall define the various actions (including spading) required. It comprises of the following:
- Spading tables by systems, tags, sizes
- Table of spading material devices
- Spading schemes indicating the isolation points and the devices required for each system and/or equipment.
