Речь идет об определении "battery limits" - это "Условная граница, проходящая по земле и воздуху вне стен и крыш здания, в котором размещается оборудование входящие в состав поставки, определённый одноимённым Приложением к Контракту, на расстоянии 1 метра от стен и крыш здания."
Как тут указать, что эта граница " проходит по земле и воздуху"?
A conventional border in the air and on the ground (???) 1 meter outside the walls and roofs of the buildings that house the equipment included in the scope of supply, and determined by the same-name Annex to the Contract.

Лично я слово "проходящая" в переводе вообще опустил бы за избыточностью русского языка.
