Ему пишут, а он не понимает...Вернее, пытается свое протолкнуть... Ладно... Вот что можно встретить в переводе ст. 395 ГК (перевод фирмы "Бейкер и Макензи"): 1. Where money belonging to other parties is used in consequence of its unlawful retention, evasion of its repayment, other delay in repayment, or unjust receipt or retention at the expense of another party, interest shall be paid on such money. |
