по смыслу - вероятность выживания при взрыве одного снаряда; по словам надо погуглить что-нибудь наше военно-ориентированное

Ну в расчет берется кейс, де, уровни защиты предполагают коэфф. безопасности (сооружения) = 0,9, т.е. оно выдерживает детонацию (разрыв) только одного (1) снаряда.
