наверное, Custodian with a capital C, из дефиниций взятый. или же артикль нужон. toast2 не раз говорил, что англ. юристы почему-то не любят запятые. так и пишут в стиле "догадайся сам, милок". странно, это же может сильно усложнить понимание правового смысла. |

они со своим "reasonably" достали... Как Вы переведете "to reasonably operate and close..."? На разумных условиях? Вариации на тему могут быть бесконечными. |
