Bone marrow contains hematopoietic stem cells and stromal cells (mostly adipocytes).
Marrow cellularity is the volume ratio of hematopoiesis and fat.
Normal cellularity of an adult hematopoietic bone marrow ranges between 30 – 70% and changes under pathological conditions — we talk of hypercellular (over 70%), normocellular (30 – 70%) or hypocellular (under 30%) bone marrow.

A finding, not a diagnosis
Usually reactive (infection, blood loss) but also other benign or malignant causes

Etiology

Benign causes:
Affecting predominantly one hematopoietic line:
Erythroid hyperplasia: often due to hemolytic anemia, high altitude or hypoxia of any other cause, renal disease, hemoglobinopathies, familial polycythemia
Myeloid hyperplasia: infections, compensatory hyperplasia after cell destruction, chronic blood loss, other stressors, drugs (G-CSF)
Megakaryocytic hyperplasia: often due to immune thrombocytopenia but also other types of thrombocytopenia; megakaryocytes may have striking nuclear changes
Malignant causes:
Affecting predominantly one hematopoietic line:
Erythroid: polycythemia vera, dysregulated erythropoietin production by various neoplasms
Myeloid: myeloid neoplasms (AML, CML, MDS, other MPD besides CML)
Megakaryocytic: MPD (essential thrombocythemia, CML, primary myelofibrosis), acute megakaryoblastic leukemia
Other causes include lymphoma, metastases

"При микроскопическом исследовании выявлена повышенная клеточность костного мозга" (здесь haematopoietic не переводим, так как термин "клеточность костного мозга" подразумевает визуальную оценку общего количества именно гематопоэтических клеток, а не клеток стромы)

Не, я против "повышенной клеточности" в любом случае.
Устоявшийся же термин "гипоплазия" или "аплазия костного мозга" как признак низкого числа клеток или их полного отсутствия, поэтому просто "гиперплазия". Если очень хочется уточнить "гиперплазия клеточных элементов", но это лишнее к.м.к.

Да и гуглится легко же "гиперплазия"...

Термин гиперклеточность вполне сойдет, часто его вижу в заключениях гистологов.
