"...такая информированность не является .." - в этом случае можно использовать disclosure, имхо перевод Вашего текста здесь |

leka11, почитал по ссылке - перевод местами совершенно кондовый. Как там у поэта: здесь русский дух... Should the Receiving party become aware of facts that Confidential information has become known to a third party, although not through a breach of the Agreement by the Receiving party, it shall immediatelly notify the Disclosing party thereof, but not later than five days following the date of awareness of the facts. |

muzungu +1 The 'Should ....' construction suggested by muzungu is better here as it's more appropriate to formal and legal documents than the 'If ....' form, which means the same but is more common in everyday/standard English. However, I think muzungu's version can be improved on further, though not by much: |
| John, I quite agree with your improvements. The reason why I put 'of facts' in here is the end of the Russian phrase - с момента обнаружения (фактов), where I feel I had to clarify 'awareness of what?' |

| Странно, почему в русском тексте используются неправильные термины. Должно быть «Принимающая сторона» и «Раскрывающая сторона». |

| Почему получающая сторона неправильно? Получает информацию - значит, получающая. Принимающая сторона - это же про устроителя мероприятия. |
