- «раскачать оконечник» (или ещё говорят «раскачать мощник»);

- «подгрузить оконечник» (или аналогично «подгрузить мощник»).

Из того, что удалось придумать/найти по первому словосочетанию:

- to «pump the power amp» -- Гугл выдаёт всего три результата через поиск по точному совпадению. (Значит, скорее всего, так не говорят.)

- «power amp pumping out 75 watts» -- это из книги «Jim Marshall – The Father of Loud». В целом уже точнее.

По второму словосочетанию пока нет внятных вариантов (кроме банального «to slightly load the power amp»). Да, нужно уточнить, что здесь речь идёт именно о «подгрузить», а не «перегрузить» (to overdrive).

Разницу между "раскачать" и "подгрузить" надо еще почувствовать. В моем понимании, "подгрузить" - дать дополнительную мощность" (погуглите "to add more juice")
