depends on what kind of instruktazh. if its the kind that happens when u r just hired, then it's induction training (for ex, safety induction training - vvodnyi instruktazh to tb). then periodically u'll have to attend scheduled training sessions referred to as refresher training. orientation is also a credible option for induction instruktazh, especially in a university or other academic setting. if it's something that takes place every day before work begins, then it's toolbox talk or briefing. u choose. |
