| в моем понимании в пункте III говорится, что "....Владелец Информации разрешает КОМПАНИИ Х размещать эту Информацию в базах данных, где конечные пользователи будут ею пользоваться за плату...", т.е. идея состоит в том, что КОМАПНИЯ Х от такого размещения будет получать прибыль. |

В принципе, может быть как 1) storing Your Content in a remote database FOR A CHARGE так и 2) accessible by end users, FOR A CHARGE Вот в чем загвоздка |

там запятая, поэтому 2) из 17:41 не может быть. Как расположены все пункты в подлиннике? Может быть, что все (i) , (ii) , and/or (iii) FOR A CHARGE ? |

Да все может быть. Мы тут сидим и ведем заумную полемику, когда можно обратиться к контрагенту и уточнить данный пункт, черт бы его побрал. Гадать, когда дело касается договоров, дело неблагородное. |

может и такое быть, хотя по смыслу сомневаюсь что относится сразу ко всем пунктам, наверно тогда хранение - тоже как то странно http://www.cnetnetworks.com/editorial/terms.html может это касается передачи лицензии, мол за плату |
