All liability policies of Owner provided pursuant to this Section 14 will be endorsed to provide “primary” coverage (i.e., Company’s insurance policies will not be called upon to respond to a claim unless coverage under all such Owner’s policies is exhausted), will include a severability of interest clause, and will provide a waiver of subrogation rights in favor of Company and Nicklaus as named insured parties.

Owner will provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Company evidencing the above required insurance coverage, naming Company and Nicklaus as additional named insured parties and providing for 30 days prior written notice to Company of cancellation or change of any such insurance. All such certificates will be mailed or faxed to Company as specified below in Section 15 relative to notices."
