Уважаемые,
Просьба в помощи

Бухгалтерский отчет или баланс становятся понятны и прочитываемы любым специалистом вне зависимости от страны проживания.
Мой вариант:
Meanings as accounting and balance have become understandable and readable by any specialist regardless of any place of residence.
У меня какой-то машинный перевод получается.

Any accounting/financial record/statement and balance sheet makes more sense and is more easily understood by any financial officer regardless of his/her country of residence
