European Depositary Receipt (A Fund may invest in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers, in the form of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), European Depositary Receipts (“EDRs”), Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) (together, “Depositary Receipts”), or other securities convertible into securities of eligible European or Far Eastern issuers. The securities for which these securities may be exchanged may not necessarily be U.S. dollar denominated.
