контекст А так..вполне может быть "страховая компания" Вот нашла такой отрывок: "The major customer groups in the market are government departments, service providers, reimbursement authorities/bodies (e.g. insurance companies) and private individuals". |

| reimbursement authorities - это те которые возмещают вам ваши расходы, такие как мед. страховые компании. In other words, when you see a doctor you pay for the visit, and then submit a reimbursement form to your helath insurance company, and a month later ( if you are lucky!) you receive a check from them for the amount you had paid to your doctor. |
