В некоторой задумчивости, по поводу того, как точней и понятней перевести public services в следующем контексте: Yesterday (5 Apr) Rosstat released the results of the final GDP calculation for 4Q06 and for FY06. The figures are only marginally different from the preliminary estimate released on 31 Jan. GDP growth last year is confirmed at 6.7%, with a strong performance in 4Q06 (at +7.8% YoY). Construction led the way with 23.9%, with real estate operations, transport, and telecoms not too far behind. Net exports and public services declined, while raw material extraction was virtually flat. Overall, the results reiterate the dominant position of consumer-oriented sectors in value creation. More importantly, the improving performance of investments (up 19.7% in 4Q06) provides solid basis for further growth, in our view. коммунальные услуги - вроде бы верно, но - под ними у нас подразумеваются сугубо определенные услуги a-la горячая вода/радиоточка/итп. а не библиотеки, например. re: value creation: сойдет ли: данные результаты подтверждают доминирующую роль отраслей, ориентированных на потребителя, в развитии экономики ... ммм. конец дня, да :( не нравиться мне "отрасли, ориентированные на потребителя" но я совсем не уверен, что это эквивалентно легкой промышленности (ибо, например, стоительство, кажется, в нее не входит?) |

По-моему, и тут всё просто: Overall, the results reiterate the dominant position of consumer-oriented sectors in value creation. В целом же результаты свидетельствуют о том, что в создании прибавочной стоимости основную роль по-прежнему играют потребительские отрасли. Я, конечно, не Маркс, но всё же… :-) |
