Subject: as the funding shortfall has been met the funding shortfall shall be offered to those of the Non-Defaulting Shareholders who are willing to fund it until such time as the funding shortfall has been met or the Operator determines that the funding shortfall will not be met in whole as a result of such a procedure (the "Round Robin Procedure").
