Figure 1 shows the effects of DLHW in comparison to the test matrix added at 1DIV (first day in vitro) on viability of cortical neurons obtained in the 2% Low Serum Assay with the MTT method. Results shown as mean and SEM of the data in % (control is 100%). Values represent the mean and SEM in % (100% = control) from two independent experiments performed at two days with two identical 96-well plates (n ^ 8 for each test item concentration and for controls). The unlesioned control is represented by 0 and did not receive any test item.
