"Hereby/Herewith we would like to express our respect and notify/inform you of the following" However, in English it is not customary to construct business letters like this. Usually you say what you want to say, and in closing you say your respects as in "Respectfully Yours/Sincerely/With Kind Regards/Very Truly Yours/etc" |

This is to inform you Please be advised Но уважение сюда не "клеится" (имхо, даже по-русски) можно оставить конечно, но вместо того, чтобы выразить свое уважение, непривычная формула приветствия просто на пару секунд озадачит ридера |
