The Subcontractor shall take full responsibility for the care of the Works from the date of the commencement thereof until ** shall have issued a Provisional Acceptance Certificate for the whole of the Works, provided that if ** shall issue a Provisional Acceptance Certificate in respect of any Section or part of the Works before it shall issue a Provisional Acceptance Certificate in respect of the whole of the Works, the Subcontractor shall cease to be responsible for the care of that Section or part after ** shall have issued the Provisional Acceptance Certificate in respect of that Section or part and the responsibility for the care thereof shall thereupon pass to **, and provided further that the Subcontractor shall take full responsibility for the care of any outstanding work which he shall have undertaken to finish during the Defects Liability Period until such outstanding work is complete.

/ Субподрядчик несет полную ответственность за производство работ с момента их начала по настоящему договору до момента, когда ** оформляет Акт промежуточной приемки на все работы, при условии, что если ** оформляет Акт промежуточной приемки на какую-либо часть работ до оформления Акта промежуточной приемки на все работы, в этом случае ответственность Субподрядчика за эту часть работ прекращается после того, как ** оформляет Акт промежуточной приемки на данную часть работ, при этом ответственность за работы переходит к компании **, при том условии, что в дальнейшем Субподрядчик несет полную ответственность за невыполненные работы, которые он обязуется произвести в течение Срока действия ответственности за дефекты работ вплоть до полного их завершения.
