Portable Long Service Leave allows workers to transfer their accrued long service leave entitlements from employer to employer within an industry. The WA Government has established a portable long service leave scheme that allows workers in the building and construction industry only to carry their long service leave from job to job. This means every day (up to 220 days per annum) you work in the construction industry goes towards your long service leave entitlement. т.е. что-то вроде "сбор \ отчисления по (переносимым) отпускам за стаж работы \ выслугу лет \ по отпускам право на которые сохраняется при смене места работы" - трудно сказать, реалия не наша |

вот еще в помощь long service leave - эк. тр. "отпуск за стаж [за длительную службу, за выслугу лет]" (дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск, предоставляемый работникам, проработавшим на данном предприятии больше определенного времени; обычно определяется трудовыми договорами |
