Не доходит совсем, просто набор слов получается какой-то...помогите. пожалуйста!

крюк 106 имеет такую конструкцию, что подлежащая зацеплению(?) деталь 94 сначала доводится до скорости (движения) а затем затягивается строго вверх с остальной частью горизонтальной составляющей скорости движения

В предыдущих пунктах было следующее

one pivotal part (94) being pivotal through approximately 90 about a pivot axis (110) of the other part (96) of the C-shaped profile
То есть до этого часть 94 была названа шарнирной, но почему то в следующем пункте её назвали уже иначе - the hinged part (94) of the C-shaped rail profile (94, 96) may be hinged up by means of a special hinge mechanism (104 to 111) comprising at least one specially constructed hook (106).
Поэтому я подумала что hinged здесь тоже будет либо шарнирный, вращающийся, поворотный, или я не права?
