TRANSFER OF SHARES AND LIMITED RIGHTS RESPECT OF SHARES
Article 9
9.1 The transfer of a share or of a limited right in respect of a share shall require a deed to that effect executed before a civil law notary in the Netherlands and to which the persons involved shall be parties.

9.2 The acknowledgement shall be made in the deed or on submission of a notarial copy or extract of the deed, and in the latter case the Company shall place a statement bearing a date on the document submitted.
In the case of service, a notarial copy or extract of the deed shall be served.
