По логике вещей, it's either ON the radar or OFF the radar, it can't be high or low on the radar. But once it's on the radar, it can be high on the agenda though. Just a stray thought. |

+ в центре внимания в гугле данное выражение всречается довольно редко. Нашел вот "low on the radar"- очевидно, означает "не быть в центре внимания" http://www.position-absolute.com/news/apple-patents-css-transform-and-animation/ См. последний комментарий, но не знаю насколько можно доверять этому. |
