My two cents: Indeed, the fact that the construction cost of low-rise apartment houses is twice as less makes them the best housing option/solution for those about to be moved to a new apartment . |

I am at a bit of a loss as to which of my versions is more correct/ better? Would appreciate your advice. After all, if not in low-rise buildings, which cost half as much as high-rise ones, where else should people be resettled?
