A. ___shall act upon instructions received from the person(s) nominated in Schedule II in relation to any business for or on behalf of the Company. Subject to Clause 4(D) below, ____ shall not be obliged to act on instructions given by any other person and shall have no liability whatsoever for any action not taken where ISSA is satisfied the instruction or any request received on any matter was received from a party other than the person named in Schedule II.

B. The Parties may mutually agree in writing to change the person named in Schedule II. Such amendment shall only be binding on ____ to the extent that it receives written confirmation of the amendment signed by both Parties.
