Subject: zero-balance cash pooling In our opinion, transactions between the members of the zero-balance cash pooling relating to the provision of short-term interest bearing loans to each other on a regular basis are not subject to obligatory supervision by the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring (Rosfmmonitoring) and, therefore, the leasing company will have no grounds for informing the Rosfinmonitoring on such transactions, except for situations specified in sub-clauses (a) and (b) of section IV hereof.Заранее спасибо! |
