The breakdown of Games-time volunteers will probably look like 60-70% students, 20% retirees, 10% working people. Hubs/universities are being regularly evaluated and communicated on where improvements need to be made but with the reliance on 60-70% of volunteers coming from student population a close watch will need to be kept on conversion within the university hubs, as well as strategies to attract 20% retirees.
