We certify that we are the end user of the goods described in 5, which are to be supplied by the Supplier named in 2.We further certify that we shall use the goods for the purposes described in 7; that the goods will not be used for any purpose connected with the development, production, delivery, maintenance or dissemination of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, or missiles capable of delivering such weapons; that they will not be re-exported or otherwise re-sold or transferred if it is known or suspected that they are intended or likely to be used for such purposes; that the goods will not be re-exported or otherwise re-sold or transferred to a destination subject to a UN, EU, OSCE or U.S. embargo where that act would be in breach of the terms of that embargo; that the goods, or any replica of them, will not be used in any nuclear explosive activity or unsafeguarded nuclear fuel cycle; and that the goods will be exclusively used for non-military, peaceful purposes. We certify that the goods received will not be re-exported, directly or indirectly, in contravention to applicable (re-)export laws and regulations. I hereby declare that I am duly authorized to provide certifications on behalf of the above-named end user, and that the information submitted herein is true and correct. |

Да я не просто спросила, если уж на то пошло. Посмотрев на текст, я, грешным делом, подумала: "Ну вот, очередной любитель халявы". Ну, думаю, дай спрошу всё же - а вдруг... Ан нет, так оно и оказалось, похоже. Так вот, многоуважаемая Лениза: в таких случаях вы впредь уж так и пишите: "Переведите вместо меня". Не надо в прятки играть. Лень самой мозгами пошевелить и в словаре покопаться - может, найдётся "добрый самаритянин" и сделает всё за меня. Самое печальное, что они-таки находятся. А халявщики плодятся и множатся. Опять "многа букафф", ёлы-палы. Но не выразить своих чувств по сему поводу ну просто не могла. Благодарю за внимание, почтенная аудитория. |

Карабас, это у вас к пятнице накипело, релакс :) Вы не будете поощрять явную халяву, и я не буду, а Оскар Майлд еще и денег попросит, но самаритяне найдутся: кто-то тренируется ... на кошках (с), кто-то благотворительностью занимается, кто-то просто филантроп. |
