Примерно следующее ("примерно" - потому что предложение вырвано незнамо из какого контекста): Условное обозначение, относящееся к коже, подразумевает существенное потенциальное воздействие как часть суммарного, происходящее накожным путём, в т.ч. на слизистые оболочки и глаза.
